Educational Qualification and Experience:
• The candidates who wish to apply for the post of Chief Information Officer (CIO) should have BE, B Tech plus MBA with Technology as a core component or M.Sc or M.Tech. with Technology as a core component. The qualification shall be from a recognised university with Minimum of 15 years of banking experience in operation and management of IT preferably in a Public Sector/ Private Bank in IT Implementation/ Software Development Management/ Hardware Management/ Vendor Management/ Procurement, handling all IT related products etc.
• The candidates who wish to apply for the post of Chief Customer Service Officer (CCSO) should be a retired banker and should not have been less than the rank of a Dy. Gen. Manager of a Scheduled Commercial Bank at the time of retirement. The applicant should not have worked in any capacity in Bharatiya Mahila Bank Ltd. He/ She should have exposure in working of more than three areas of operations in banking, such as general banking, credit, forex operations, treasury, govt. business, merchant banking, credit card operations etc.
• The candidates who wish to apply for the post of Chief Manager (Risk Management) should have Post-Graduation in Risk Mgmt./ Statistics/ Economics/ Financial Engg./Risk Mgmt. Qualifications like FRM, PRMIA, DTIRM shall be preferred with minimum of 7 years' post qualification experience in implementation of Risk Management (Basel II/III) framework (Credit Risk/ Market Risk/ Operational Risk/ ICAAP) in related field in a Private/ Public Sector Bank with minimum 1 years in next below grade in a PSB/ Private Bank.
• The candidates who wish to apply for the post of Chief Manager (Treasury) should be Graduate/ Post Graduate with Foreign Exchange/ International Trade/ International Business/ International Banking/ Import Export Policy/ International Finance/ Foreign Trade/ Export Management as a specialized subject with minimum of 7 years' post qualification experience in Treasury Funds Mgmt. & Investments, equity/ capital markets, Forex & Derivation, Dealings, currency/ bullion trading & related fields in a Private/ Public Sector Bank with minimum 1 years in next below grade in a PSB/ Private Bank.
• The candidates who wish to apply for the post of Senior Manager (Security) should have Graduation Degree in any discipline from a recognized University or any equivalent qualification recognized as such by the Government of India. The person should be an Officer with minimum 5 years of commissioned service in Indian Army/ Navy/ Air force or 5 years of service as a Police Officer not below the rank of Asstt. Supdt. of Police/ Dy. Supdt. of Police or Officers of identical work in para military forces with min. 5 years' experience. Minimum 3 years' experience in same job profile in next below grade in a Private/ Public Sector Bank.
