Educational Qualification and Experience:
• The candidates who wish to apply for the posts of Acquisition Relationship Managers must have Graduate Degree with Minimum 2 years of experience as a Relationship Manager in Wealth Management.
• The candidates who wish to apply for the posts of Relationship Managers must have Graduate with Minimum 3 years of experience as a Relationship Manager in Wealth Management.
• The candidates who wish to apply for the posts of Relationship Manager (Team Lead) must have Graduate with Minimum 4 years of experience as a Relationship Manager in Wealth Management. Experience as a Team Lead is preferred.
• The candidates who wish to apply for the posts of Zonal Head/ Senior RM-Sales (Corporate & SMEs) must have Graduate with Minimum 4 years of experience as a Relationship Manager in Wealth Management. Experience as a Team Lead is preferred.
• The candidates who wish to apply for the posts of Zonal Head/ Senior RM-Sales (Corporate & SMEs) must have Graduate with Minimum 10 years experience in Managing Sales in Wealth Management/ Corporate Banking/Investments in the Financial services industry. Minimum 5 years experience in Corporate Sale.

• The candidates who wish to apply for the posts of Project Development Manager - Business must have MBA/ MMS/ PGDM from reputed college/ university. Minimum 4 years experience in banking preferably in a supervisory function.
• The candidates who wish to apply for the posts of Project Development Manager - Technology must have MBA/ MMS/ PGDM from reputed college/ university, ME/ M.Tech/ BE/ B.Tech from reputed college/ university. Minimum 4 years experience in banking technology preferably in a business function.
